Administrative Assistant – Construction & MaintenanceFull Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organised Administrative Assistant to join our construction and maintenance team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations by managing job orders, financial records, invoices, and scheduling tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing, dynamic company while ensuring smooth coordination between the office administration and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project and financial records.
- Process quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Handle job scheduling and liaise with site supervisors, clients, and subcontractors.
- Provide administrative support to management and field teams as needed.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate team or site manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or trade-based administration.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and scheduling data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced trade-based environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (Superannuation Included)
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Supplementary Pay: Overtime pay available
- Work Authorisation: Bilingual Korean-Australian fluent in both Korean and English
- Work Location: In person (Office-based / On-site as required)
