Administrative Assistant – Construction & MaintenanceFull Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organised Administrative Assistant to join our construction and maintenance team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations by managing job orders, financial records, invoices, and scheduling tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing, dynamic company while ensuring smooth coordination between the office administration and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project and financial records.
  • Process quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Handle job scheduling and liaise with site supervisors, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Provide administrative support to management and field teams as needed.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate team or site manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or trade-based administration.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and scheduling data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced trade-based environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (Superannuation Included)
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
  • Supplementary Pay: Overtime pay available
  • Work Authorisation: Bilingual Korean-Australian fluent in both Korean and English
  • Work Location: In person (Office-based / On-site as required)
