**Who is Halcol Energy?**

We take pride in being one of the largest solar installers in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, with a remarkable record of over 10 000 solar installations in South East Queensland over the past 14 years. We supply and install first-class renewable energy products, with a specialisation in high-quality solar solutions for homes and businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liase with suppliers and installers to ensure the smooth running of operations and installations
- Handle CRM data entry and management with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and fault finding
- Scheduling maintenance and/or installations as required
- Contribute to the team’s success by offering assistance wherever necessary

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in solar administration is an essential requirement
- Possession of a current driver’s licence
- Proficiency in administrative writing to effectively convey information
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities to optimise efficiency
- A commitment to professionalism in all interactions and tasks
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively
- Competence in accounting principles and software, Xero preferred
- Experience with inventory management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a can-do attitude, willing to collaborate and support colleagues

**Hours of Work**:

- Enjoy the flexibility of working between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Open to part-time arrangements with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
- Willing to consider an arrangement that aligns with school hours, also with a minimum of 3 days per week.

Rate of pay to be agreed and commensurate with experience.
