**Star Group is seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Condell Park Service Team**

As a **Service Account Manager**, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Budgets
- Client and Subcontractor Management
- Labour and workforce management
- Procurement, materials, plant and equipment
- Quality control and assurance
- Compliance
- Programs and deliverables
- Reporting
- HSE practices and compliance
- Internal policies and procedures

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
- Electrical trade or relevant qualifications in electrical industry.
- Strong expertise in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Strong ability to lead teams and build relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Experience managing electrical service accounts ensuring deliverables and service level agreements are met or exceeded.
