SWEA is the largest importer and distributor of European automotive parts, including New, Used, and Reconditioned parts, and have been operating for 40 years. In this time we have built a strong reputation for quality and expertise as well as a large customer base.

Due to ongoing growth, there is an opportunity to join the Accounts team at our Head Office located in South West Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced person for a Part Time position within a close-knit team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Record and manage financial transactions** using accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero).
- **Maintain accurate ledgers** for accounts payable and receivable.
- **Reconcile bank statements** with the company’s financial records.
- **Invoice clients and follow up on outstanding payments**.
- **Assist in preparing budgets** and monitoring company expenses.
- **Collaborate with accountants and auditors** for financial audits and year-end processes.
- **Keep records of financial documents**, receipts, and other necessary paperwork for compliance.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Certification or diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field**.
- Proficiency in **accounting software** (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks).
- Excellent **numerical skills** and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage **time efficiently** and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
