**About the Role**

An Event Coordinator at ETM is an entry-level role suitable for those who are wishing to pursue a career event management. As with all our positions, service is the focus while managing clients’ international and domestic travel and event arrangements.

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree or Diploma in Event Management preferred
- At least 1-year experience in Event Management advantageous
- Computer skills for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and events software “Events AIR.” Advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and good time management skills
- Professional communications, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in a customer service role

**Key Responsibilities (not limited to)**
- Work closely with event lead to execute event requirements
- Manage group booking and allotments
- Attend client meetings, information evening and events as required
- Prepare client travel requirement advice
- Make all travel reservations in accordance with company guidelines
