Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our team.

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a diverse range of internal and external events. This includes managing end-to-end event execution, from concept to wrap-up, and providing consultancy to internal teams to align events with brand and strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing event calendars that meet business objectives
  • Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and partners to ensure successful event outcomes
  • Analyzing event outcomes and providing insights for future event improvement

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A knack for problem-solving, innovation, and delivering results
  • Relevant qualifications in Events, Marketing, or Business
