We design, manufacture, and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

**About the Role**:
**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Handle all types of queries via phone and proceed accordingly to the highest of standards via the trade queue system.
- processing returns and credits.
- Managing the Orderbook.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbally)
- Experience in call center environment.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to develop and foster crucial business relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.

**The successful applicant will demonstrate**:

- Strong level of Customer Service Experience.
- Someone who thrives in a Customer Service Role and takes pride in being able to also juggle multiple tasks such as answering phones from the trade queue system and enjoy handling different types of enquiries in a quick yet efficient manner.
- You will be a problem solver and have no issues with attending to customer requirements and processing returns and credits.
