This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

**Key Accountabilities**
- Develops or updates instructional materials to support the Resolution System - including procedural documentation
- Assess and analyse existing instructional material and learning needs
- Develop and design online learning material and assessment tools
- Create a library supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations)
- Devise modes of assessment, Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Where applicable, oversee implementation of learning tools

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience working in instructional design
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Demonstrated experience
- Writing process documents (including procedures, guides, work instructions)
- Lesson and curriculum planning
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
