Our Federal Government Client is seeking a
**Learning and Developmental Instructional Designer** to deliver technical training, implement digital and innovative learning.

**About the role**:

- Design and review training materials under the management of a Development Manager
- Contribute and incorporate innovative learning solutions into the development of training resources
- Provide constructive and positive feedback in the review of national training resources
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure development activities complies with legislative policy, financial and administrative frameworks, government decision-making processes and agency guidelines

**Ideally you will have**:

- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Instructional design skills with examples of how these have been applied in recent training materials
- Current or recent national police check

**Desirable**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
