People Tank
on a
contract basis
to help us deliver world-class digital learning experiences across Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop engaging
    eLearning experiences
    using
    Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond
    , and other creative tools.
  • Build a variety of learning experiences — from
    Induction and Onboarding programs
    , to
    Compliance eLearns
    , to
    Professional Capability and Leadership programs
    for our customers.
  • Collaborate directly with our customers through discovery sessions
    to understand learner needs and shape meaningful solutions.
  • Translate learning concepts and scripts into
    visually engaging, interactive modules
    .
  • Work closely with our award-winning creative and instructional design teams to ensure projects align with
    People Tank's brand of practical, learner-first design
    .
  • Work flexibly across
    corporate, government and not-for-profit
    projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    digital learning design and development
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
    and
    Vyond
    (or similar tools).
  • Experience collaborating directly with clients and facilitating
    discovery or design workshops
    .
  • A strong eye for
    visual storytelling, user experience and accessibility
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to high standards.
  • A
    collaborative approach
    and passion for bringing ideas to life through design.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Experience working in or consulting to professional services, finance, legal or similar corporate environments
  • Relevant qualifications desirable in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or similar.
