The Commercial division is Allianz Australia's largest distribution channel whose customers include Commercial, Corporate and international buyer groups throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We currently have an opening for a
**Support Services Officer** to join our team to assist with the operations and underwriting functions within the division.

**It will be your responsibility to**:

- Provide processing, administration and credit control support for tailored and specialty products for Commercial and Dealer House Accounts.
- Support operations activity ensuring effective prioritisation and support.
- Support procedures which promote adherence to guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Support initiatives which deliver greater levels of automation, simplification and optimisation of operations processes improving their effectiveness.
- Respond to queries in a customer focused and timely manner ensuring stakeholders and customers receive the outcomes required. Be proactive and drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide consistent and positive service to Commercial, Underwriting, Account Managers and Credit Control.

**What you will need to succeed in this role**:

- Experience in providing customer/ administration services within the general insurance industry with a high attention to detail and efficiency.
- Relationship management capability, particularly managing upwards and communicating with audiences at all levels.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated experience in the execution of initiatives designed to simplify business processes and solutions.
- Skills in the analysis and interpretation of information with the ability to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
