We are looking for a support worker that is ready to assist our clients with day-to-day activities to help them reach their goals while working in line with our company’s policies and procedures. You will play a vital role in supporting clients to access the community and to maintain well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
**Domestic assistance** - basic cleaning and tidying of home or residence, assisting with laundry (washing & folding).

**Personal Care** - ensuring client is caring for their personal hygiene.

**Food preparation** - preparing meals, food shopping.

**Social support** - escorting the client on outings such as shopping trips, coffee/lunch excursions, physical activities like swimming, appointments.

**Transport** - for the client to doctors’ appointments, to/from hospital, to/from community activities.

Flexible work schedule and available to work weekends

Willing to travel

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**
- Previous experience highly regarded but not essential
- Current First Aid Certificate
- A current driver’s licence.
- Own vehicle; roadworthy with comprehensive insurance.
- Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
- NDIS Workers Check (NDISWC) - or prepared to get one
- Working with Children’s Check NSW - or prepared to get one
- Current ABN number - or prepared to get one
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Smartphone

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
