We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Receptionist to become an integral part of medical clinic in Melbourne's eastern suburb of Caulfield.
Our client is an established clinic that offers medical and allied health services. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday 9-5, allowing you to have your weekends to yourself.

**Responsibilities**:

- Radiate warmth and hospitality to all patients, ensuring their needs are met
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain precise patient records
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries with grace and efficiency
- Foster harmonious communication among team members for seamless clinic operations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a medical setting
- Stellar interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease
