**Job Description**:
What will you be responsible for?
- Ongoing identification of new sourcing channels and techniques, and translating these into proposition for the Talent Acquisition team to utilise
- Ensuring TAL’s EVP is accurately represented in all recruitment marketing, channels and platforms (both external and internal)
- Manage content and enhancements for all recruitment channels including TAL Careers Website, LinkedIn, social channels, job boards and partnerships
- Work with Talent Acquisition and the broader P&C team to ensure external and internal talent pools are built, nurtured and integrated into the recruitment process
- Be a brand ambassador for TAL in the external market, promoting TAL and ensuring we are recognised an as employer of choice
- Lead projects that align to People & Culture Strategic Priorities, specifically in relation to attraction and retention
- Subject matter expert for TAL’s ATS and CRM (SmartRecruiters), providing expertise to trouble shoot issues and training the team. Vendor relationship management and roll out of system enhancements
- Management of data and reporting on talent pools and effectiveness of sourcing channels (ROI)
- Analysis and reporting of metrics/insights from social and review sights such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed

**Qualifications**:
We’re looking for:

- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies and technologies to attract diverse talent and proactively build talent pools
- Expertise and in-depth working knowledge of recruitment marketing techniques, social media and campaign development
- Strong project management skills and the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
- Expertise in recruitment technology including ATS and CRM functionality
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Continuous improvement mindset and proven experience delivering team projects
- Experience and interest in building and maintaining external professional networks to bring in new ideas and talent leads
- Strong commercial acumen; uses understanding of the business, data and experience and sound judgement in decision making and problem solving
- Outside the box thinking, a pragmatic approach
- High level of initiative, commitment and drive for results
- Proactive and ability to manage own time and deliver to agreed deadlines
