We are currently seeking an experienced
** Sourcing Specialis**t to join our onsite team at
**Nine Entertainment**, supporting our Talent Acquisition team across a range of portfolios within the media and entertainment, with a focus within the technology sector.

As an experienced
**Sourcing Specialist,** you will be responsible for implementing innovative and proactive sourcing initiatives and supporting the team with all sourcing requirements.

**What you’ll be doing?**:

- Developing strong talent pipelines and networks
- Staying connected with and tracking market trends, competitor analysis and regional changes that are relevant to our business stakeholders.
- Developing strong talent pipelines through targeted search initiatives

**Who you are?**:

- An experienced talent sourcing professional, with experience across a range of industries and specialisations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence best practice recruitment to achieve business outcomes
- You have an established social and professional network
- Highly skilled sourcing specialist with proven capability in utilising a range of sourcing channels to attract critical talent
