- Execute established events and promotions systems, processes, and procedures in alignment with approved policies to support the achievement of National Sales & Marketing objectives.
- Support the development of events and promotions processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and maximise the effectiveness of all activities.
- Provide end-to-end support for marketing events, managing timelines, approvals, and budgets, and assisting corrective actions when needed to ensure high-quality execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and optimal return on investment.
- Manage budgeting and reporting systems to deliver accurate, timely information that supports effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the business.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery at optimal cost and support ongoing supplier relationship management.
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing events, activations, campaigns, and sponsorships
- Demonstrated experience in project and event coordination
- A strong understanding of automotive products and the Australian automotive market is highly desirable
