**The role**:
South East Water is seeking an Operations Support Officer, who will sit within the Operations Control Centre and play a key role in ensuring streamlined operations through the monitoring of systems and processes, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and providing real-time support. The role will balance operational tasks with administrative duties. The Officer will assist in coordinating resources, preparing reports and presentations and liaising with various teams to help operationalise projects.

The Operations Support Officer will also support and facilitate process innovation, financial reconciliation, continuous improvement as well as relationship management across the Operational Technology, Network Operations and other touch points for the Operations Control Centre team.

**Who are you?**:
You hold a Trade or Diploma qualification in process operations/business administration/project management and/or have operational experience in water/electricity/gas or other asset intensive industries.
- 2+ years experience in process operations (water/electricity/gas or similar industries) and service delivery
- Ability to review and manage documentation on systems (Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence) and databases relevant to network operations
- Strong administration skills - supporting management of resources, projects and documents
- Familiarisation and exposure to works scheduling/work force management systems (CMMS), SCADA/DCS systems
- Ability to conduct data analysis and recommend solutions based on trends and findings
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite including Excel, PPT and Word
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills and the ability to foster relationships
