**About the position**

Council’s Family Health Support Services Department is looking for a Business Support Officer who will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Performing a variety of rostering and data entry for Community Care programs including Meals on Wheels, Bus Outings and Home Maintenance
- Providing excellent customer service to support clients with a range of queries
- Undertake administrative support in a timely, confidential and professional manner

This is a part time role working 32 hours per week. Working days and hours are flexible.
This is a temporary part time position ending on 17 April 2026.

**About you**
- Well-developed administrative skills and experience in an administration role
- Experience working with client management systems and/or operating within a complex rostering environment
- Self-motivation and an ability to work co-operatively as a team member
- Current Victorian Driver Licence, Police Check and Working with Children Check

This position is a Band 4 currently remunerated at $72,896.56 per annum pro-rata, plus superannuation.
