**What You Will Be Doing**
- Provide the full range of general office and administrative duties as required, maintain

an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the Operations

Director.
- Complex diary management
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes which ensure matters

requiring responses are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Preparation, collation, distribution and maintenance of records for organisation wide

as well as local committee agenda papers and meeting documentation and

production of minutes for the Committees as required.
- Represent Operations Director, Medicine and attend meetings on behalf of

Operations Director when necessary
- Collation of data and creation of reports for patient related meetings.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Experience in senior personal administrative support
- Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,

Access, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise workload and work self sufficiently
- Medical Terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a health service

**Additional Requirements**
