**Description Overview**:
Join our growing Customer Service team This role is based either at our Belrose office in Sydney (Northern Beaches) or our Balcatta manufacturing facility in Perth. We are the Company behind trusted brands such as Nicotinell, Nicaway, Herron Blue & Gold, Tiger Balm and Lucas Papaw Ointment. We also produce hospital and specialty formulations at our manufacturing facility in Balcatta. Join one of the world’s leading self-care companies.

This full time, permanent role is responsible for the management of customer interactions such as orders, enquiries, correspondence, ensuring that agreed commitments are met along with supporting the commercial sales teams with relevant administration support they require.

**Scope of the Role**:

- Process all customer orders and requests (internal and external).
- Phone calls of customer enquiries and complaints are to be documented as per Standard Operating procedure.
- Customer permit, contract and alcohol licenses are to be accurately maintained in SAP and documentation filed.
- Processing of customer credits as required.
- Provide ETA of stock availability to commercial teams and customers.
- Maintenance of documentation within SAP.
- Back-Order Management
- Assisting with Sales Administration support
- Creation and maintenance of customer accounts
- Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure service and communication to customers is maximised.
- Assist 3PL partner with queries
- Completion of Return Stock Process
- Resolve EDI message failures with 3PL

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 4 years' customer service experience, preferably in pharmaceutical / medical industries
- Demonstrated PC literacy including Microsoft Office suit of programs
- Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Excel
- SAP/JDE or similar ERP system experience preferred
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- High level of communication skills, verbal and written
- Confident on phone and in person dealing with challenges
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with cross-functional departments and 3rd party suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cohesively in a team environment
