**The Opportunity**
This is a great opportunity to join an established FMCG business in Melbourne's West to manage Reception and support with general administration. You will enjoy working with a down-to-earth team who foster a collaborative environment
As the Receptionist / Administration Assistant, you will be the face of the organisation and first point of contact for visitors. Whilst also supporting with coordinating flights/accommodation for staff, organizing catering and ad hoc administration. You will be joining on an initial temp assignment, with potential for perm for the right person.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and couriers
- Manage meeting rooms and office stock/stationery
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Organise catering and event support
- Process client orders as required
**About You**
To be successful in the role you will bring prior experience in a Receptionist position, coupled with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour. You will be happy to assist your team where needed, show initiative and enjoy working in a busy environment.
