**The Company**
This leading global provider of Visa and immigration services for corporations and individuals with over highly qualified expert immigration and visa professionals, attorneys and qualified migration consultants located in over many countries.
**The Role**
As an administrator assistance you will;
- Handle all admin based duties.
- Rebuilding business after the covid pause with travel.
- Visa processing for different countries.
- Writing and reporting, suggesting resolutions, understanding client’s needs.
- Responds promptly and accurately in fluent English to a full range of complex customer inquiries.
**About You**
We are looking for highly capable and pro-active individuals to join our office who are;
- Motivated and enjoy a challenge.
- Attention to detail and service driven.
- More hands on and some visa processing experience is a plus.
- Motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as a part of a team or alone.
- Good organizational, computer, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Previous experience in administration.
