- Temporary assignments across a number of law firms
- $32 per hour + super | Immediate starts | Sept, Nov and Dec assignments
- CBD locations, suburbs - close to public transport

We are looking for reliable reception staff to assist a number of clients during the next few months whilst their staff are away. Work for some of Melbourne's best law firms on a temp basis.

**The Role**

Play a crucial role in managing the front desk and providing a welcoming and efficient experience for visitors, clients, and employees.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Greeting Visitors
- Answering Calls
- Scheduling Appointments
- Maintaining Records
- Handling Mail and Deliveries
- Providing Information to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining a neat reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks where required

These assignments are for a number of different firms with different lengths; currently we require:

- 2 weeks commencing 28/08 - full time hours over a 5 day week
- 3 weeks commencing 04/09 - part time hours over a 5 day week
- 2 weeks commencing 18/09- full time hours over a 5 day week

**Your experience**
You will ideally have previous corporate reception experience, or come from a professional services background. You MUST have the availablity to engage in the entire assignment.

You will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to respectfully engage with internal and external stakeholders in a legal environment.

Further, a common-sense approach to problem solving and the ability to work with mínimal supervision and take initiative is essential.
