**The Company**
Our client is committed to improving safe work practice in the construction, rail, and infrastructure sectors, through implementation and management of safe work systems.

**The Role**
As an Assistant Quality Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the National Quality and Compliance Manager in leading continuous improvement activities for the RTO’s accredited programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with internal auditing and program reviews
- Assisting with developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and compliance tools and systems
- Providing advice about quality and compliance in line with the Standards for RTOs 2015
- Managing record keeping processes and procedures
- Assisting with the management of the LMS and student management systems (Cloud Assess and VETtrak Cloud).
- Coordinating the writing and circulation of internal communications and feedback mechanisms
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with trainers/assessors and other relevant stakeholders
- Other reasonable duties as required by the position.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the VET sector
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Experience managing a LMS
- Experience managing a student management system
- Construction or Work Health and Safety Industry Experience
