Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager - ECEC

Are you dedicated to ensuring compliance and possess a thorough understanding of the National Law and regulations?

**About the role**:

- Manage and evaluate the ECEC internal compliance programs to ensure the program meet the legislative and industry standards including but not limited to; the Education and Care Services National Regulations and law, ACECQA regulations and organisational standards
- Based at head office but working across the centres you will have an eye for detail and an understanding of how to develop processes and procedures and conduct risk assessments.
- Review and develop the ECEC Services policy and procedures across each program areas
- This is a permanent full-time position (76 hours/fortnight).
- Above award wage, including:

Social, Community, Home, Care and Disability Award -Level 6 with salary from $53.84 - $56.22, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has the requirements for an ACECQA approved first qualified educator eg.
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or School Age Care
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position as a director/nominated supervisor
- Has a current ACT WWVP card or are willing to obtain
- Has a drivers licence and own transport
- Has a strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including My Time Our Place or the Early Years Learning Framework.
