**Your new role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Audit team and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standard across our organization. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all ISO compliance matters to achieve a level of excellence across all quality controls and governance mechanisms.

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Quality Audit team to imbed the commitment to quality and compliance across all areas, including the research and development of innovative new technologies. You will provide advice and support to the CEO and Executive team on compliance processes and procedures, ensuring an enterprise-level of sustained quality compliance through growth and over time.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- AGSVA clearance level: NV1, or the ability to attain this clearance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance (QA) leadership or management role, preferably within an engineering and/or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience within compliance, assurance risk or audit within a complex engineering, manufacturing or consultancy organisation.
- Ability to analyse, interpret data, identify patterns or trends, communicate the findings and shape and influence decision making.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering and/or manufacturing are highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating clearly and succinctly.
- Highly developed consulting and negotiation skills with the demonstrated ability to co-create and implement strategic vision into operational capability, engaging key stakeholders to deliver expectations in a timely and on-budget way.
