**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the State Construction Manager, this role is responsible for tiling and waterproofing in the NSW region. You will be responsible for contractor management, procurement, on-site inspections, and project reporting.

**FOR YOU...**

Will be an experienced Site Supervisor who can demonstrate expertise in a similar role. You are solutions-focused, proactive, driven by results, and have experience effectively managing and overseeing trades people.

You enjoy stakeholder relationship management and customer service and importantly, you have the career aspiration, drive and motivation to make a difference in a growing company.

Your role will include:

- Strong understanding of QA processes and Australian Tiling & Waterproofing Standards
- Effective organisational and planning skills
- Able to write Quality Inspection reports
- Able to manage Tradespeople (make them accountable for their work)
- Able to multi-task
- Uphold high standard of installation quality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong WHS knowledge and understanding
- Financial acumen

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Relevant Trade experience or Project Management
- Current Drivers Licence
- White Card
