J Group Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, organising, coordinating, and controlling resources to ensure the successful delivery of key project objectives, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

**As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be expected to**:

- Supervise and coordinate site personnel, leading continuous improvement efforts in line with the project program.
- Effectively manage resources and implement best practices on-site.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to solve problems with deductive reasoning and analytical thinking.
- Adapt to changing deadlines and priorities while ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

**Essential Competencies**:

- Bulk Earthworks project experience.
- Site and people management expertise.
- Construction management knowledge.
- Resource management and utilisation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Exposure to WHS, Quality & Process Improvement Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $107,594.78 - $194,342.39 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
