Atom Resources is proud to be partnering exclusively with one of Australia's leading Tier 2 Electrical Contractors to recruit multiple Electrical Site Foremen and Site Managers for high profile commercial construction projects across Sydney.

These are not just jobs, they are career defining opportunities to lead key electrical packages on projects valued between $1 million and $8 million, including modern commercial developments, education facilities, aged care, and premium grade fit outs across Sydney.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Electrical Site Managers and Supervisors to oversee teams of 2 x –10 x tradespeople across a diverse range of Tier 2 commercial projects.

You will play a key leadership role on site, coordinating day to day operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving project delivery in collaboration with the Project Manager and client side teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established contractor with a consistent pipeline of work across education, health, retail, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage on-site electrical teams of 2 x -10 x tradespeople
  • Coordinate daily operations including labour management, materials, and scheduling
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Builders, and other trades to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Oversee installation of electrical, data, and communications systems across commercial and industrial sites
  • Ensure all work complies with WHS requirements and internal quality standards
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and site meetings
  • Mentor apprentices and team members to build technical and leadership capability
Skills & Experience
  • Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or Leading Hand in commercial electrical projects
  • Strong background in fit out, education, aged care, and industrial environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively
  • Sound understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail focused
