**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and Partners, to ensure that deadlines are met and clients feel valued, by providing professional and efficient service.

**DUTIES**
- Meeting and greeting clients in a welcoming and professional manner
- Initial point of contact for client queries
- Handling incoming documentation, scanning and filing appropriately
- Assisting with compilation and distribution of financial documents to internal and external stakeholders
- Updating ASIC and ATO information and documentation
- Liaising with ASIC and ATO over the phone, regarding queries
- Assisting Partners and their teams with any required tasks, general office administration, diary management and meeting room bookings

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Administrative background in a professional services environment
- Outgoing and personable, who believes in providing good customer service
- The ability to have initiative and come up with new ideas
- Someone who enjoys supporting a team and adding value
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be challenged
