**About the Role**
As part of CTM’s ongoing focus to deliver customer service excellence, the Client Services Administrator will work alongside the Account Management team and will be responsible for fulfilling several basic CVM duties. Ultimately, we want our account managers on the road visiting our clients. To do that, we need the Client Services Administrator to ensure business continuity occurs by undertaking a series of tasks including but not limited to responding to customer queries, assisting with client training requirements, report generation and analysis, implementation support and customer service support. The Client Services Administrator is fundamental to enabling the account management team to effectively manage and deliver value across CTM’s portfolio of existing customers.
The role of Client Services Administrator requires a self-motivated individual who demonstrates a strong customer focus. You will have excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for numbers and accuracy. The role will involve detailed problem solving and logical thinking. This role will be diverse, and you will work alongside several account managers so your time management skills will be crucial to your success.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Minimum 2-3 years travel industry experience in a support, consultant or customer service role with proven ability in effective customer service
- Good understanding of CTM systems or ability to quickly acquire the knowledge of this system
- Intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise according to agreed deadlines
- Customer service focused; solution orientated with strong initiative
- Good analytical skills to assist in the interpretation of data for Account Management and Sales
- Strong communication skills
