As a Client Service Administrator, you will work closely with the Service Delivery Team Leader and be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service to our clients and the respective client’s employee share plan participants.

The Employee Share Plans business has three client-facing regions (EMEA, APAC, NA) with Product, Marketing, Information Technology and Operations teams providing global support. Across the globe we support more than 1200 client and 5m share plan participants across 124 countries from 17 operational countries. The total revenue in the business line is more than $300m. We have 1400 employees in 16 countries.

**A role you will love**

Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for all functions and activities required for our client accounts. This includes responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries, maintenance of the employee register, processing sales & transfers, and involvement in dividend and sale replacement payment transactions.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Responding to enquiries from share plan participants and maintaining the employee register details
- Maintaining reporting and other administrative documents, i.e. calendar of events and procedure documents
- Accountable for meeting service levels through timely and efficient completion of work
- Meeting all internal benchmarks and client requirements
- Ensuring positive relationships are maintained with all internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identifying improvement ideas and streamlining day-to-day processes to be more efficient and effective

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Ability to manage changing priorities, a great communicator and strong time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- High level of initiative, flexibility and has problem solving skills
- Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products - specifically Excel
- Knowledge of Employee Share Plans and or the financial services will be highly regarded
