Client Services Administrator

**The Role**:
- Client Database Management including creating new client files and updating existing client details;
- Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with client queries in a professional manner;
- Assisting the Senior Financial Adviser and Client Services Manager with contract administration and onboarding clients
- Management of correspondence with clients, conveyancers, builders, finance brokers etc;
- General administrative duties including processing mail, setting up meeting rooms, scanning etc.
**To be considered for this role you MUST demonstrate**:
- Experience within an administrative role with a minimum of 12 months experience, within Financial Services or Property field preferential
- Intermediate level of Microsoft suite;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Work well within a team environment, have a client focus in everything you do, strong attention to detail together with strong organisational skills;
- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach with the ability to take responsibility, initiative and accountability when completing tasks;
- Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task and shift focus when required
