The Project Coordinator at Guzman y Gomez supports the Construction department with the delivery of the new store and refurbishment pipeline. They will work closely with the National Construction & Delivery Manager and the wider Construction team to ensure all projects undertaken are delivered to a high standard.

**What you can expect in the role**:

- Assist with meeting minutes and key actions
- Managing outlook diary for National Construction & Delivery Manager
- Booking team travel from time to time
- Generating purchase orders
- Budget reconciliation and management
- Develop long-term procurement strategies alongside National Construction & Delivery Manager
- Document and report project progress
- Maintain project budgets
- Manage project defect closeouts
- Continually review project procurement status
- General team administration

**You’ll enjoy this role if you have**:

- 3+ years experience in building and construction industry including exposure to project coordination
- Experience in shop fitting in a food and beverage environment Experience in interacting with landlords and shipping centres

- The salary banding for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum._
