The Project Coordinator supports our Construction department with a view of ensuring all projects undertaken are delivered to standard. They are responsible for providing support to the National Construction & Delivery Manager and the broader construction team with the delivery of new store and refurbishment pipeline.

**What you can expect in the role**:

- Project coordination duties for new restaurant builds and other ongoing projects
- Attend site meetings to learn project process and assist with any admin required
- Prepare purchase orders, set up utilities accounts and perform other ancillary functions that are relevant to each project
- Issue all PO's and update cost tracking budgets
- Manage project defect close out between GYG construction manager and new restaurant opening team
- Collect and distribute weekly reports to internal leadership and stakeholders
- Attend key meetings and assist with minute taking
- Diary management and booking of travel for the wider team from time to time
- Budget reconciliations and management
- General team administration duties
- Development of long term project procurement strategy alongside National Construction & Delivery Manager
- Continual review of project procurement status and reporting
- Maintain all files, documents and other administration requirements pertaining to projects

**You'll enjoy this role if you have**:

- 3+ years experience in building and construction industry including exposure to project coordination
- Experience in shop fitting in a food and beverage environment Experience in interacting with landlords and shopping centres
