**Our client is a leading equipment provider to the construction, mining and agricultural industries. They are searching for a motivated Recruitment Administrator**
**that thrives in a fast-paced work environment, comes with a positive attitude and an exceptional administration and organisational skillset.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
In this permanent full-time position, you will support the Recruitment team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Entering contracts and new starter paperwork in the HR and Payroll systems.
- Booking interviews, medicals and other pre-employment checks.
- Coordinating new start business inductions.
- Assisting the Recruitment team with ad hoc tasks as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 1 - 2 years’ general administration experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of attention to detail and professionalism with the ability to analyse and problem solve.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Experience working with HR and payroll systems would be favourable.
