are a premium adventure travel and off road brand with a portfolio of exciting, market leading camper trailer and off road hybrid caravans.
We strive to be the best in all we do (products, service, brand, company culture), and we are recruiting for a Sales Executive who is passionate about the outdoors and camping to join our team, working alongside one other.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Sales administration including raising invoices, track orders, and sales support.
- Ensuring that all customer and sales information is accurately recorded and maintained in our CRM system, contributing to seamless operations and superior customer experiences.
- Assist with organising and maintain showroom displays, ensuring all products are presented attractively and accurately.
- Handle customer service enquiries and follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Implement processes to improve efficiency and enhance the customer journey.
- Assist with social media content creation and updates, showcasing showroom promotions, new arrivals, and customer success stories.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales driven environment.
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Most important is a good attitude and strong work ethic.

The role is a full time permanent role, working Tuesday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm. Must also be flexible to attend our shows.
