**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Ampcontrol is offering you the opportunity to continue your development in administration as a **People Administrator **within our People team located at our head office in **Tomago NSW 2322**.

We are a collaborative service oriented team that is responsible for providing high quality People services to our national operations within the core streams of HR services, Recruitment, Learning & Development.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity ideally suited to an enthusiastic administrator that is looking to learn or develop further within administration or human resources.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

With an enthusiastic manner and a willingness to learn you will be supporting everything we do administratively; ensuring day-to-day functions and services are maintained and contributing to adhoc projects as required.

Your main tasks will consist of the data input and system maintenance of our HRIS (Human Resource Information System), compiling data for monthly/adhoc reporting, document generation, data management for personnel and training records, general administrative support for the HR team as well providing quality service to our operational customers.

Central to the role will be your ability to work in a professional environment and perform multiple and repetitive/routine tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and strict confidentiality at all times.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

You are a positive, proactive and customer oriented person possessing:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Systematic and process oriented in your approach
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and display initiative
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills

Previous experience in administrative or customer service environments will be highly advantageous as would exposure to HRIS maintenance.

**EDUCATION**
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration advantageous
- Intermediate/Advanced level certification in Microsoft Excel - Advantageous
