A position has arisen due to a vacancy for an Operations Planning Scheduler.

Being part of a team that works together to provide the best possible service for our office/field staff and our customers.

Essential Criteria:

  • Great communication and customer relationship skills

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of our team

Desirable Qualities

  • An ability to read and interpret plans or the willingness to learn.
  • Experience in planning or scheduling

Your Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and scheduling daily operations of equipment and resources
  • Liaise and provide support for supervisors, operators and drivers
  • Providing Quality Service by satisfying customer expectations and requirements
  • Reading plans with a high attention to detail (training provided)
  • Finalising jobs for invoicing
