**Your role**

You'll be a part of our Knowledge and Practice Services team. Working closely with our Banking and Finance and Real Estate Practice groups, your role is to ensure a consistent and streamlined approach across all jurisdictions in which Allens undertakes transactions in electronic lodgement networks (including PEXA) (_ELNs_), compliance with the regulatory requirements relating to the use of each ELN, and coordinating responses to any audit relating to an ELN. This is a role of high importance and ensures fast and efficient processing of all ELN transactions.
As our National PEXA Coordinator/Paralegal, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining up-to-date firm policies relating to the use of ELNs.
- Ensuring compliance by firm members with all policies relating to the use of ELNs.
- PEXA onboarding training for all new users.
- Maintaining the PEXA user register.
- Maintaining the CAF & VOI registers.
- Keeping an up-to-date register of mandated PEXA transactions.
- Coordinating responses to any audits relating to the use of an ELN.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all PEXA administrative queries.
- PEXA workflow allocation and processes.
- Working with the Knowledge Management lawyers to identity changes required to precedents as a result of changes in PEXA.
- Maintaining relationships with PEXA contacts in each jurisdiction.
- Attending regular PEXA forums and information sessions and disseminating relevant information within the firm.

**About you**
You will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal, law clerk or licensed conveyancer, ideally within a Real Estate or Banking and Finance practice.
- Familiarity and experience using the PEXA platform.
- A high attention to detail.
- An ability to work at pace, where you thrive under pressured, deadline driven environments.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- A natural ability to problem solve and come up with solutions.
- Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
