**The role**

You will be working as a Banking and Finance Paralegal running retail advance files. Your duties will involve checking executed mortgage documentation, on line searches, dealing with Borrowers, Borrowers' Solicitors and clients, certifying file, booking in settlements with PEXA, doing settlement figures and general file management duties.

**Your experience**

You will be required to have at least 2 years Banking and Finance or Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

National law firm of 260 staff, supportive environment, large team of paralegals. Thorough Induction training, yearly salary/performance reviews, monthly drinks, corporate environment. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $65,000 - $85,000 including superannuation).
