Conveyancing Paralegal – Full-Time (Cleveland + Brisbane/Gold Coast Offices)

We're looking for an experienced
Conveyancing Paralegal
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage
A–Z residential conveyancing files
with minimal supervision and is looking for stability, flexibility, and genuine career satisfaction.

You'll start at our
Cleveland office
for the first
three months
to become familiar with our systems and processes. After that, you'll have the flexibility to work from
any of our offices (Cleveland, Brisbane, or Southport)
— with some opportunity to
work from home
as well.

About the role:

  • Manage
    end-to-end conveyancing
    (sales, purchases, off-the-plan, related-party, etc.)
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and banks throughout the transaction
  • Prepare contracts, handle
    PEXA settlements
    , and manage trust account and compliance requirements
  • Work within a
    friendly, well-structured team
    that values collaboration and quality work

About you:

  • Minimum
    3 years' experience
    in conveyancing (A–Z file management essential)
  • Strong knowledge of
    REIQ contracts
    ,
    PEXA
    , and Queensland conveyancing processes
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and client-focused
