The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our busy practice. You'll be working alongside experienced solicitors, providing vital assistance on a range of residential and commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the management of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to post-completion
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other related disclosure statements
  • Conducting searches, due diligence, and preparing reports
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, and other third parties
  • Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with industry legal standard

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Paralegal, ideally within property law
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law principles
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused attitude
  • Proficient in PEXA, LEAP and Microsoft Office

Desirable

  • Experience with residential and commercial property matters
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
