**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Brisbane Legal team on a **permanent full-time basis** as a Paralegal. Working alongside our casual Paralegals, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers at various levels with a range of tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate legal documentation management across the different legal streams. Since QIC has a wide range of investment capabilities, no two days are the same and you will gain exposure to a variety of matters and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents including NDAs, consultancy agreements, and contracts.
- Maintaining and coordinating document execution processes.
- Responding to internal and external queries regarding legal documents.
- Managing document storage, distribution, and archiving.
- Contributing to legal research and providing administrative support to the Legal team.
- Upholding safekeeping protocols for original legal documents.

**About You**
- Experience in a legal support role is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop good working relationships.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work across different business workstreams and reprioritise demands at short notice.
