**Position**: Customer Service Manager

**Location**: Tullamarine, VIC 3043

**Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation per annum

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional support to clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their service requirements and expectations.
- Implement and enhance customer service strategies to optimize client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote client retention and business growth.
- Implement and monitor customer service policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices.
- Provide regular reports on customer service performance metrics to management.
- Conduct training sessions for customer service staff to enhance their skills and ensure a consistent service experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to propose and implement innovative customer service solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.

**To be Accepted for this Role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or related field.
- Two years of proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, demonstrating proficiency in managing customer service teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to achieve outstanding results.

**Hours of work**: This is a full-time position, typically involving 38 hours per week.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
