Kelly + Partners, a progressive accounting firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team as a Partner. Are you feeling stuck in your current role and ready to take the next step in your career? Then we want to hear from you
As a Partner at Kelly+ Partners, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our firm, working closely with our clients to provide innovative and effective solutions. You will lead and mentor a team of talented professionals, and collaborate with other Partners to drive the growth and success of our business.

We are looking for someone who shares these values and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, across a variety of industries.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting and a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
A strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to provide strategic and innovative solutions to clients.
A professional accounting qualification, such as CPA or CA (preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
