Let’s talk about you
The Partner Manager role sits within the broader sales function of Aussie Broadband. To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Experience in a Sales / leadership role overseeing the sale of B2B solutions.- Experience in Telecommunications or IT related field as an account manager or BDM.- Experience in Wholesale sales highly desirable.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationship with professionals across all organisational levels.- Work independently and as part of a team.- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
How will you support our “Why?”
As our Partner Manager, you will be responsible for growing our MSP and reseller business whilst developing deep relationships with key partners to create greater consideration for Aussie Broadband within the wholesale landscape. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with partners and relevant teams.- Developing sales strategy and strong pipelines for future growth opportunities.- Establishing sales strategies and plans to ensure they drive results across the different segments of the portfolio.- Coaching our partners in sales processes and behaviours to creation of a culture that reflect continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.- Accurately forecasting sales and revenue for each customer.
