**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a HR Partner to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

As a HR Partner, you engage, influence and partner with leaders in your client group. Working with the Senior HR Partner to communicate and embed Human Resources’ practices and initiatives, you provide operational support across the employee life-cycle for your client. Advising your leadership group on general human resource issues, you identify ways to continuously improve their teams’ performance and build capability that is aligned to current and future needs and service delivery requirements.

**What you need to succeed**
- A combination of relevant experience and/or education and training, equivalent to a degree with at least 4 years’ subsequent relevant experience.
- Knowledge of current human resources’ principles, best practices, frameworks and trend
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- Business acumen and/or the ability to quickly develop business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills including highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to adopt a coaching approach.
