About the Role

As a Business Partner in our Group Property, you’ll play a key role in being an integral part of the Workplace Experience stream.

The Business Partner seeks to understand, develop and facilitate the delivery of forward-looking, strategic plans & tactical initiatives across our commercial portfolio. This is to support the performance of businesses within the ANZ Group, it’s people and customers enabling future workplace solutions through the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

This role will develop strong business relationships with all stakeholders within the ANZ Group to guide the business units to consider new ideas or demonstrate, with the use of data, improvements/efficiencies to assist the Bank to effectively use our workspaces and enhance their workplace experience.

By understanding the business strategy, you can effectively translate and pre-empt any changing business requirements to best support the creation and delivery of best in class property solutions in collaboration with other property streams.

You will have strong engagement with the businesses within the ANZ Group ensuring the property solutions meet the future business requirements and can translate the opportunity to influence the overarching Property strategy.

What will your day look like?

As a Business Partner, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Proactively develop and manage the key relationship to ensure the delivery of property services meet and/or exceeded stakeholder expectations.
Undertake pro-active planning to understand and develop strategic & tactical property solutions to support business requirements.
Through deep understanding of the ANZ business requirements, tangibly contribute to ensuring property strategy and workspaces operate efficiently.
Define and manage occupancy changes on behalf of the Business Unit delivering on key time, cost and quality parameters.
Understand stakeholder needs and perceptions to determine appropriate strategies for enabling and embedding project related change.
Collaborate alongside colleagues in Group Property together with strategic partners to develop and manage programs of work to ensure implementation of solutions are aligned with property strategy and stakeholder requirements.
Ensure all activities are aligned with group property guidelines and all relevant statutory codes.

Experience in developing and maintaining key business relationships across large organisations.
Ability to work collaboratively across a broad range of business units, workplace partners & Facilities Managers, & property services Contractors to ensure expectations on workplace requirements are met.
Enjoying working as a team, both within the business and property team, this role will naturally see the importance of building & effectively managing stakeholder relationships to achieve business goals.
Experience in preparing, equipping, and supporting teams to successfully adopt change.
