We are seeking a confident and highly organised individual with experience in Service Advising or a similar customer facing position. You will enjoy variety and change on a daily basis due to the nature of this position.

Main duties:

- Greeting and serving customers at the front counter
- Obtaining accurate parts and labour prices for customers/repairers
- Handle face to face customer/repairer phone enquiries
- Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely manner
- Supply general advice/quotations to customers/repairers
- Booking customers in for repair work
- Utilising our internal computer system
- Current driver’s license

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional skills in customer service
- Automotive background or interest in the automotive industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proven time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Intermediate computer skills and able to learn new systems quickly
- Flexible and adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast moving and fast changing environment
- A background in automotive parts identification and/or vehicle mechanical training is preferred however applicants with a similar skill set will be considered.
